IFComp 2011 - 'Playing Games'
'Playing Games' is a Glulxe game written by Pam Comfite.
Letter Grade: I (Incomplete/introcompy)
'Playing Games' is an interesting first game to play, since I haven't actually played any IF since IntroComp and this reminds me of that. This is a fragment of a story framing three increasingly large maze games. I spent more time trying to find a location (and trying to figure out what I could do with the moonstone) than figuring out the puzzles. It's an interesting interpretation, but at the end of the day, it's a bunch of mazes. The story that's tacked on had potential and I feel like I should cut it down for wasting that.
